Você faz falta.
I've heard at least fifteen times your message on my voice mail. I listened paying close attention to understand the meaning of every word. I tried to decipher what your tone voice meant and I couldn't stop thinking about why you said "see ya" in the end of you message. I went to the supermarket and remembered you when I saw beef jerk, chicken wings, crab legs and even orange juice. I looked for your favorite iced tea, but it was sold out. I ate scrambled eggs with ketchup, because that's how you like it. I looked at the garden and thought about how much you would've liked it. I imagine you in California with me, saying that the weather outside is good and that we should enjoy it outside. I miss waking up by your side and hearing your complains about going to work. I miss your green eyes, your red-haired beard and your messy hair. I miss laying on your chest and feeling that the world is perfect.
I miss you.
